Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Municipal Worker to assist with the operation, maintenance, and a variety of physical tasks and assignments. This role involves the construction, maintenance, and repairs of municipally owned grounds, streets, roads, curbs, gutters, open spaces, parks, facilities, and structures.

Basic Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and High School Diploma/GED
• Must successfully pass pre-employment testing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience on a mowing crew
• Knowledge of grass and plant health
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., operate a weed eater, edger, hedge trimmers, and chain saw
• Experience in snow removal, plowing, and de-icing roadways
• Must obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) within 90 days of hire and retain it through the term of employment
