Middletown Library Meeting

Residents are invited to hear an update and offer suggestions for the new library to be built on East Main Street at Catherine Street

The Division of Libraries in the New Castle County Department of Community Services is hosting a community meeting about the new public library planned in Middletown.

The meeting will be held Monday, April 8 from 6-8 p.m., at Volunteer Hose Company (Middletown Firehouse), 27 W. Green St., Middletown.

Residents are invited to hear and see an update on plans for the new library to be built on East Main Street at Catherine Street in Middletown to serve the Middletown-Odessa-Townsend area.

County officials and architects will talk about and listen to ideas about the programs and features the library should have and what the library should look like.
