The Town of Middletown offers a Snow Removal Application Process for residents 65 and over who have a disability / medical illness.
The Snow Removal Program Application must be renewed EVERY YEAR by Oct. 15.
Shoveling services consist of the main front walk and the path to the main door. Services will not be rendered unless at least three (3) inches of snow has fallen.
To be considered for the Snow Removal Assistance Program, you must submit the Snow Removal Assistance Application, be a resident of Middletown within the Town's incorporated limits, hold an active, registered utility account with the Town of Middletown, be at least 65 years of age and facing a hardship that prevents you from shoveling.
**Anyone enrolled in the Snow Removal Assistance Program who secures other services for snow removal at any time during the application year, will be terminated from the program.
